Very pleased with this choice in hotel at Niagara, ON. The view was spectacular. The room was incredibly clean. We loved the outdoor pool. It was convenient to the sites/destinations we had on our itinerary. The staff and concierge were particularly helpful. The firework work every night from the comfort of our own room was a bonus!

Great location, we had a park view room floor 3 which meant we could see the American falls and Cliftonville. It’s a lively place that’s still going strong past midnight so if you want peace and quiet don’t go for the cliftonville view. Lots of things to do and see, the wego bus is fabulous and cheap, hotel gives yiub2 free tickets. Lifts are hit and miss, you can wait ages. View from restaurant and pool area is fab. Breakfast was good too.

Overall, great hotel. But the parking can be expensive whether you do the valet or the daily option. Spa was not so great. The steam room look too basic and small so was the sauna. The rooms that faced the falls were very nice, but my floor which was the 20 floor was very cold. I did enjoy my stay overall!

Overall it was good however I dreaded having to deal with the front desk because of the long long lines and only 2 or 3 concierge staff available. You should really staff more people, especially in the mornings and early evenings - since it is not a mystery how many guest checking are scheduled in each day, a sufficient number of staff should be ready. Hire more people!

It was an ok hotel. It is old. If you don't have a falls view you don't really have a window and the room is very dark.

Like location and walkability. Nice hotel with great view. Only negative is that we were woken up multiple times during the night by kids or young adults banging on doors and running in the hallways.
