The staff were really helpful and very kindly upgraded us. We were on the 20th floor and had an amazing view ! If you're looking to stay near Paddington this Hotel ticks SO many boxes.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
This hotel was a terrible disappointment. I had prepaid a family room so space for my husband and 17 year old son who are very tall. I had pre-paid $450.00 When we went to check in we were told it wasn't available due to a carpet stain? After some back and forth they downgraded us to a smaller room. We were tired as we had traveled in by train from another part of England and took it. We just wanted to get showered and situated. They offered free breakfast but of flight was early the next day so not an option. The new smaller downgraded rooms TV didn't work AND the 8th floor stunk of smoke. (DO NOT get a room on the 8th floor!)...So I went back down to the front desk and they changed my room. This was another small but on the 6th floor but at least the entire florr didn't smell of smoke. We made do with it as it was our last night in London but at 8pm after dinner all the rooms power went out. My husband called the front desk thinking a fuse had blown but no one came to fix it. So we were in darkness the whole night and used our phones light to use the bathroom. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY DO NOT CARE. I have written to the hotel, but no one has written back. The hotel is also very old and their only restaurant is expensive. Burger and Fries for 30 pounds LOL given that the hotel is so run down that is quite comical.

Hilton hotel is always nice and reliable. Great breakfast. Clean waiting area smells nice. The only thing is on one side of the street area people smoking up Hookah freely looking daze and high? Not a good and safe walking area at night especially with my young son seeing all that. I didn’t expect that but new to this part of London UK so I moved hotel after.

An outstanding Stay 🙌
We both needed a nearby stay, the hotel was amazing. We were near to Hyde park for us to attend Stevie Nicks concert. We are a couple of English country bumpkins, not used to the big City. However, our stay with you made our short visit assessable for a glorious night, outstanding breakfast accountable for all Countries/ Cultures . Our room was exceptionally clean, bathroom also. The shower had lovely hot water to bathe in. There was air conditioning which helped me breath beautifully as I have asthma . The air was fresher than living in the country/ sticks where we come from. I slept beautifully and haven’t slept like this in years. You made our stay extra special… Thank you all kindly.

I didn't like the fact you couldn't walk down the stairs to the ground floor and waiting for the lift became very boring!

Comfortable stay in London
Pleasant stay in London at this hotel. Room was spacious enough for family of 5 and clean. Hôtel staff super friendly and concierge service was helpful when we arrived earlier than check in time to hold our luggage. Close to London Underground stations and was convenient for traveling around.
