My husband and I have stayed at numerous luxury hotels and the Sterling Inn has become our absolute favorite hotel. From the trendy, sleek decor to the excellent custom service, we can not wait to come back. You can truly tell they take great pride in the hospitality and details of their hotel. What we liked most was that our room felt more like you were staying at a wealthy cousins city apartment rather than a hotel. There was a nice living room area, a wet bar and the bathroom was top notch with a steam shower equipped with jets on the walls and jacuzzi tub. They even give you a bath bomb to use which was a cute touch. Everything was spacious and clean and our housekeeper (I believe her name was Anna) was so friendly and greeted us every morning in the hallway. The breakfast in bed is what really sold us. It was nice to wake up to a delicious spread to get the day started, I’m still dreaming of their fresh made croissants! From the outstanding customer service to the robes and slippers waiting for you in your room, Stearling Inn and Spa exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again!

It was fantastic, hotel even upgraded our room as we were celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday! Nice touches the hotel offered , complimentary water as much as you needed , also had a refreshment area with lemon infused water , coffee and tea to go , … my wife even got a little birthday card from them and the AG Cuisine restaurant there is fantastic, same thing ver personalized experience, they recognized my wife’s birthday there as well by the staff , on a dessert plate and a card signed by the staff !! Just the personal touches made our experience one she’ll never forget, thank you! The beds are comfortable as well , the only thing would be is the water for shower and jacuzzi could be hotter

We had a few small problems during our stay. The hotel is nice and in good location but those problems ruined our stay and we couldn’t sleep. They waived our 18 CAN $ parking fee but did not get any refund because we prepaid. They said they will send us a voucher to come back again…

We were treated like family by everyone during our stay. The daily breakfast was delicious. AG Inspired Cuisine was on site and the food, atmosphere, and service was amazing. My husband and I agree that this was our absolute favorite meal of our trip as our server Emily went above and beyond by helping us select menu items and celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary. The Inn is a short walk to Clifton Hill and the beautiful Niagara Falls! The room that we stayed in had an extremely comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub and was very quiet and serene.I highly recommended this hidden gem boutique hotel!

Very nice hotel with winning staff. Room waa very large and comfortable. David, at the Front Desk, was exceptional. We did not have the best service Mon eve at the restaurant though the food was wonderful. We were pretty easy going so I think she just slacked on us.

Walkable so it’s convenient but you do have to walk everywhere. All floors were uneven everywhere in the building and we could hear the people above us simply walking around. Breakfast was a continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. It was inexpensive compared to other chain hotels so we thought we would take a chance. Overall not a bad experience just not what we expected.
