Beautiful property, very spacious and modern. Being seniors, we had a couple concerns about easily and safely moving around the room. ( low seating sofa and no grab bars in the bathroom).

It was ok. Could have stayed at ramada at a much lower price point . Clean and freindly staff. Coffe bar at reception was nice. Good breakfast first day. Disappointed second day. No microwave in room. Only basic cable tv available. Would not stay there again.

Really spacious and clean. Was surprised that each room had a special feature, ours was an open concept even for the shower. The bed was very comfortable and the concierge and room service staff were all very pleasant. Overall I would stay here again if I come back to Niagara Falls.

We had a great stay at the Sterling Inn this month. The room was so spacious and clean. The Inn is about a 20 minute walk to the Falls area, and the weather was good for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby has a great coffee station. The breakfast was decent, although the coffee seemed a little weak. The room was lovely - we will definitely be back!

Went to Niagara Falls for our 30th Wedding Anniversary! Had choices to overlook the falls, but those were the typical hotel chains. Came across Sterling Inn & Spa and it had some great reviews. It did not disappoint. Very spacious, clean, and the tall ceilings made it even bigger! The room service gave it an extra nice touch! The staff were happy and helpful! Walking distance to everything! Very pleased with our stay!
