I would stay here again without a doubt. The staff, location, hotel, food- it was all outstanding. I hope to visit there again in the not too distant future.
Great first time experience at the Waldorf having stayed at several different properties over the years in the area. Sorin was a great help, efficient and supportive as we checked in
Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 12.30 and they said the rooms weren't ready, but we would be on a first come basis. At 3pm the room stilll wasnt ready. 1st night the room was cleaned, they said we had the do not disturb sign up, which was totally false. Service was ok, nothing great! Wouldn't go back
I was impressed by the whole hotel. From front staff to bell captains. Rooms very clean. However, the restaurant could have been a little better. Too much dressing on the salad. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Loved the all spice cinnamon fragrance of the lobby.

Excellent hotel, great amenities and incredibly helpful staff!
I was really excited to stay at this world famous hotel but never expected to have such a terrible stay. The bed was so hard I was in pain. I tried lying on top of the duvet but it was so thin it made no difference. I ended up folding it in half and sleeping on top of it under 2 dressing gowns as there was no spare bedding in the wardrobe. When I complained in the morning I was told that they were surprised as the beds were brand new. Also there was no decaffeinated tea or coffee available in my room and they couldn’t find any. The room service is extremely slow and they charge you again for breakfast if it’s in your room as you have to eat downstairs.
Service was poor overall… wrong order for breakfast on 2 out of 3 days. Staff attitude poor generally except for reception staff and Scottish door man who were good.
Room was clean and well presented but attention to detail poor… eg no milk for tea/coffee tray, open and empty biscuit packet on tray on first day, rubbish in bin from previous guest. Requests re room not fulfilled.
We paid for an upgrade which allowed entry to executive suite but only managed to get in once over 3 days as it was full. Hotel bar/lobby also impossible to get into as full… overall disappointing…
