Staff friendly. Facilities excellent. Bed and pillows great. They also held our luggage a couple of times when we did trips out from hanoi. A few stairs but also a lift. Felt like we were in the centre of everything, it was so easy to walk wverywhere.

The warm hospitality from our hosts was so grateful. We were genuinely happy with the room and all the facilities provided. The external window for natural light was a great add on. Our host Mr Jimmi was such a gentle and kind person who helped us from dawn to dusk no matter what. He helped us to book a car for a better deal than the promised one. We would love to choose this rustic charming hotel in the future Hanoi trips too.

Absolutely perfect location, room was very clean, cleaned every day, staff were really friendly and helpful, receptionist was lovely. Also sorted us an airport transfer for cheaper than anywhere we could find and was always a friendly face when we re-entered the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located near all the main attractions. Jenny and Angela were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their warm welcome. It's an excellent hotel for families with kids.

On arrival we were very warmly welcomed to the hotel, staff provided a complimentary drink and gave us lots of useful information. Staff were extremely friendly and personable throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the old town, walking distance to restaurants/shops and the lake. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money, highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, convenient stay in Hanoi's old quarter.
