Very helpful staff! Before arriving, they messaged and helped set up airport transport to the hotel - which went seamlessly. We were greeted warmly, and they were very accommodating in moving us from a lobby room to one that was on a higher floor. Hotel is on a busy street, but we enjoyed being in the heart of the Old Quarter and having easy walking access to stores, restaurants, coffee, pretty much anything we needed.

The staff took very good care of us, they tried to help with everything. We booked a cruise over the hotel to the Halong bay and by our self we booked a different hotel on cat ba. But despite that, they took care of the transport to the other hotel and back to Hanoi from the other hotel To summarize: just great service! Thank you!

Good location, friendly staff Tung, the manager from Royal Palace is very attentive and helpful. He sent me a warmest greetings via WhatsApp immediately after my booking. He also helped arrange our 1 day Halong Bay tour at very reasonable price. He really made our stay unforgettable.

Hotel deserves 100/10! Clean, spacious room and toilette, AC and WiFi working fast. Delicious breakfast with many options to choose and great variety of fresh fruits. The real treasure of the place is the Staff and manager Jimmi- everyone is super kind and helpful! Jimmi organised transport from the airport to hotel and then to CatBa at a really good price. We also booked cooking classes which was an absolute hit! As a group of 6, never before we experienced such caring about our wellbeing and needs. I truly recommend the hotel! :-)

Hanoi Royal Palace 2 is very centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi making local attractions very walkable. The staff was excellent, very informative & helpful.our room (#305) was clean & adequate for our needs. There was a noisy dog & loud TV early mornings in the adjacent building, no fault of the Royal Palace. Breakfast was good, offering eggs to order. As with all the hotels we have stayed at in SE Asia, bathroom lighting could be better, hand towels more plentiful, more hooks to hang items on (towels & clothing) & all paper products are super thin (tissues & toilet paper). That said, we would recommend this hotel. They also assisted us with selecting a Halong Bay cruise when the one we had booked canceled. It was Auco cruise & it was the highlight of our visit to Hanoi! They picked us up at the hotel & took us directly to the boat at the cruise port (no tender). They also took us back to the hotel after the cruise. There was no intermediary meeting place which made our transfer to/from super convenient. We highly recommend this cruise line & definately do the 3 day/2 night cruise as it is most enjoyable. The food was delicious, the activities enjoyable & the scenery was beyond spectacular! Thank you Hanoi Royal Palace 2 & Auco cruises!

a very nice experience, it was my first time in hanoi and everything was very impressive, i didn't know what to expect since i booked the hotel, i was in frankfurt, i sent a message to booking if you have any idea how I could reach them at the hotel, a few minutes later I received the answer that someone was coming from the airport to pick me up, even though I landed at 4am at a cost of only 20 euros. The lady at the reception gave me a temporary room until my room is ready, it didn't cost anything, thanks again to Ms. Huong and for organizing the trip, she is a very nice person and takes great care of the customers of the Hotels satisfied no matter what you need and do laundry or ride around the city on a motorbike. Thanks for everything Bellon

Avoid this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy and even had someones hairs left behind. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and had to leave after 1 night due to the filth of the room and the uncomfortable bed. Do not stay here. This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised…I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel at the end of a 16 day trip to Vietnam. The service which included breakfast for free everyday, was incredible and faultless in my opinion and also my partners. Aircon, internet, hot water, clean and professionally presented for a very cheap rate. The location is ideal for exploring the authentic lifestyle of nations capital. Beyond that though, the human element was the best we experienced in Vietnam, everything organised free of charge unlike other more expensive hotels we frequented. Young and enthusiastic staff. Mr Tung and his team offered an outstanding service and I would recommend any traveller to his hotel, be it for a day or a month it is well worth it.

Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable, quiet rooms best describe our stay. Wife had a bad day due to too much heat and Mr Tung arranged for a Dr to come and see her. All worked out fine. The staff also prepares a nice breakfast and helps with travel plans. Recommend you take advantage of their services, it will save you time and money. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel mid to end of october and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Jimmi and Jennie demonstrated top notch hospitality. They helped us arrange everything we asked for. My friend and I took a 2 day unforgettable tour at Ha Long Bay which Jimmi arranged. After we came back from the tour, our room was upgraded to a bigger one with balcony. If you are looking for a hotel with 5 star service, this is the place. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel whilst on a stopover to Australia and found it to be excellent and will return again in two weeks time when I fly back to the UK. The room was spacious and clean and very quiet considering its central location to the busy old quarter. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and let me check in earlier than advertised. Breakfast is very good for the price and I can definately recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location.

The hotel is in a central location, our room was clean & well equipped with a aircon. We stayed at this hotel for several nights, mainly due to the fantastic service of Jimmi. He helped us organise tours & transport & even came with us to a pharmacy down the road to translate when we were having trouble.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Palace in Hanoi was very pleasant. The room was very clean, the breakfast good. Special thanks to Mrs. Jennie for the excellent assistance in arranging tours and booking train and air travel.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. Jennie was great and helped us arrange our travel plans, make recommendations, arrange airport transfer and store our luggage. The breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again.
