They didn’t do a very good job cleaning up. There were a few cockroaches, and the floor was very dirty. The dishes were put away but weren’t clean. Apart from that, the place was nice and quiet. The jacuzzi was nice but a bit small.

Sofa pullout bed unclean, with no bed kit readily available. Front door unlocking mechanism had a dying battery, and took days to be repaired. Location is convenient, overall you get what you pay for. Thankfully didn't plan to use the hot tub which has a loose cover allowing green/moldy water to form. Definitely not enough towels for a full house.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks. We had a two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with private hot tub and it was perfect for our group of 4. My only critics is the hot tub cover desperately needs to be replaced (stained and cracked which would leave little pieces floating in the hot tub). And pretty much all the toilet paper roll holders were broken and the toilet paper kept falling off of them. But everything else was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was pretty much in the middle of universal studios and Disney parks, and walking distance from Old Town. The gated entrance also made us feel safe. I would definitely stay again.

Awful accomodation house was filthy cheek to charge cleaning fee as the house we were given was soo dirty mould and algae all around back and we had a child with us. Broken tiles and furniture very little cookware we needed to go and buy some staff were also very rude at times I’ve been to Orlando many times and would never stay at this property again.

The only real value of this property is its spacious. 3 bedroom townhouse is great space but the facility itself is very mediocre. Even the townhouse is very dated. The ironing board was broken. Bedside outlets didn't work if more than a single device was plugged in at a time. Basic toiletries aren't provided beyond a single day supply. Things like towel hooks were literally falling off the wall/door. Certainly needs maintenance but for the price you can't find a more spacious accommodation only 15 minutes from Disney.

I would not recommend this property. No communication with events that happen to our unit while we were staying there. Cable and internet service is terrible and went out for days. Our dishwasher was broken, paint was falling in the bathroom. Unit had a horrible smell to it. It was the worse stay we have ever had booking with Expedia. Very disappointed with the VIP service… because there was none. When I asked for the VIP service, I was given the $15 credit and was told no upgrades were available. The property was mostly empty. Just bad customer service all around.
