Me and my family have stayed at this place a few times now... definitely very convenient when it comes to space wise, own full size kitchen with everything you could need to cook up a meal. Very clean and the location of the resort is perfect everything is so close to it...i would definitely be staying here more with my family...

When we first arrived it looked good large 2 bed with everything we needed. However there was a smell in the property, I thought it was just because it needed airing out, but later realised thiswas not it. Wen to use the jet bath, and some bugs came out of the jets, ran bath again and something happened so decided not to use it. Cochroaches in the proprty, (that was the smell). When we reported it to the reception she said and I quote" Yes, some of the properties do have that problem", said it as if its a normal thing and didn't apologise.

I stayed at this property years ago and they had started renovating it, so I figured I would give it a try as I just needed one night. The unit smelled, very outdated, beds were thin & you could feel the springs. The bed was so u comfortable I opted to sleep on the sofa. No water pressure. Even my son had a hard time getting soap out of his buzz cut because the pressure was so low. The staff was nice though & plenty of parking. Done with giving chances.

My stay at this place was unsettling. Was placed in a room outside of main hotel location in a poorly lit area. Room numbers were difficult to see. Rooms were extremely outdated and smelled of toxic cleaning agents. Arrived in the evening so was too tired to leave. Next day I requested a room change to the main site. Felt safer but accommodations REALLY need updating. They also charge an additional resort fee even if you do not use any of the pools. After my stay, they followed up to apologize and encouraged me to return. Would not recommend.

Enjoyed everything about this stay except for the beds, they were very squeaky, even just moving a little bit you heard the squeaky metal of what I’m thinking was the frame. The kitchen was fully equipped but didn’t use any of those items. The sofa bed was much to be desired.

Arrived at the property and check in was smooth. I was given a room across the street, and driving into the property was actually scary. The roads were all full of holes, the people around were sketchy. I had 2 bedrooms which is adjoining room. Was able to get into one room however the adjoining room was never unlocked so could not get into the other side. I had to drive back across the street and ask for a key to the other room and reception insisted that key opens both doors. I told her that is not the case, and I want a key for each room. Once I was able to get into the other room, we had to wait for security to come unlock the adjoining bedroom and bathroom. The next day we arrive late and was not able to get into the room. I had to go across the street and explain I had the same issue the day before and the keys do not open both doors. The girl gave me a key and said IT DOES. I go across the street and it does not. We had left one door locked with the extra lock and were not able to get in. So I had to go back across the street and ask for individual keys and the reception guy now would not give it to me and said he will send security. Security shows up and his master key is not working. He walks to get a tool to open the extra lock however since his master is not working, he is not able to get it. Now he has to go back across the street to get a master key and ONE hour later we were able to get into our room. Will never use this place again.

The place is very outdated and in need of updating. From check in to check out is automated. The lady who checked in for me wasn’t super friendly. But we were just staying for a night, so whatever. Pool is not heated.
