The remodel came out great but you can definitely tell that its an extremely old building and needs lot of exterior work. Potholes all over the parking lot. You can tell it use to be a roach motel. Couple structural remodel errors in the room (chipped paint, hardware not entirely put together etc). Refrigerator doesnt cool at all whatsoever and the water pressure in the shower is almost non existent. Definitely did not feel clean after almost a 30 minute shower. For the price overall you get what you pay for bur definitely need some more work.

Very nice except pool was closed.
Room was clean and comfortable. Really good breakfast/ good selection, very tasty. Conveinent free parking near room with elevator. Quiet at night. Only complaint was pool was closed/gate locked the three days we were there. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is great for the price, like you literally get what you pay for. The bed was hard not really comfy, nice size tv, nice bathroom size. Small fridge. (Really small ) I stayed for 4 nights and I had to throw away food because it just wasn’t enough space . There is loud opera music playing at night, it was kind of eerie , housekeeping only came once my entire stay. So I ran out of toilet paper, wash cloths and towels by day 3 . So I had to go to the front office and get supplies. I haven’t got my deposit back yet but it is the weekend, so I’m not too worried about it. Huge pot holes outside! No bugs .. besides the wasps outside . You can literally hear your neighbors tv through the wall so take with that you will! lol the walls are paper thin! It was an okay stay for the price . Would I come back? No.

At the check in, we were told that housekeeping is done every other day. So on the day of the housekeeping, to make sure , we reminded the housekeeper to clean our room. By the way, the staff doesn’t speak English. I hardly could explain what I was talking about , using hands. When we came , at 10 pm, we realized that nobody visited our room, and noting was done. They did the cleaning only the next day, after the complaints from our side. It was the first and last time they actually did the housekeeping, having stayed there 6 nights. The service and staff is awful. Keep in mind, that in US , in this hotel they will tell you that only Spanish, no English ))) i strongly do not recommend this place

Located near Walmart in Kissimmee, this hotel is an affordable option for staying a few days. Clean, well-organized, and tidy, the rooms have a small refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast is complete and offers good food options. No one will leave hungry. The downside, however, is that the water takes a little while to heat up, and for those who have difficulty with stairs, this hotel does not have an elevator, and the corridors leading to the rooms are external, accessible only from the parking lot. The room was very clean, which is most important to us. However, we paid for a king and was put in a dbl queen room. There was no hot water for showers, no blow dryer and no dresser for our clothes. There was a fridge, microwave and safe though. The pool was not open (in 95°+ weather), but we were able to go up the road a very short way to use their sister hotels' pool. All in all, the pros were good and the cons were not terrible and pretty much balanced themselves out. We would definitely stay here again.
