Found a bed bug in the room. Immediately left and got a new hotel. They acted like they had never had a complaint like this before but after doing more research, this seems to be a very common problem.

They're in the process of remodeling and I'm excited to see what it looks like when it's done. The mattresses are pretty hard so I hope they invest in more comfortable mattresses as part of the remodel. Continental breakfast was the standard waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc but still nice to have.

Room was extremely musty. Everything in the room was rusty. The carpet felt gross. The breakfast was gross. They didn’t offer late check out and the place looks nothing like the pictures. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Never again.
This was the worst stay of my life!! They need to notify guests of construction inside the building and if so they need to remove guests from the 3rd floor. I was told I would be moved because the workers were right above me from 8am+ making so much noise and nothing was done. Multiple times in my 4 day stay I had to go back down to front desk because my key card would randomly stop working. The walls are paper thin, one of the guests was having happy time with their partner and good for them how ever hearing it was unpleasant. The windows are not noise reduced either so you can hear everything going on outside. A lot of employees in the morning coming in and out of the hotel I’m assuming it was part of the construction group but it was a large amount of men.
