The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fact that the free breakfast was empty an hour before it was supposed to be closed. There were no eggs, no bagels no anything except cereal and milk. We waited around for about 10 minutes and nothing came out so we left and had McDonald’s across the street.

The location of hotel is amazing if you are looking for visiting Universal studios. It is very close to premium outlets so it is perfect for your shopping needs as well. There are many restaurants around it which gives you lots of dining options. Hotel is clean and with nice staff. The only thing they can improve is their breakfast options.

All I can say is 10 stars the only downfall is why are we paying for parking? However I will be back very clean. Great smells, everything within walking distance as far as shopping or eating. Quick drive to the amusement parks and the customer service 10 stars.

A great hotel for shopping in Orlando. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Dee on reception was great! The rooms were very spacious and had great amenities. The hotel was quiet and it was safe to walk around the local area. The breakfast was good - the waffles were delicious! The hotel was located between two outlet shopping areas, both of which were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
