Hotel close to all the action
Good location right off the river in Dotonburi. Very close to all the action. Hundreds of Restaurants and shopping in the Shotens close by. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We woke up one night to the A/C not working. It was a very hot July night. Staff brought up a portable AC which helped but the outage interrupted our sleep. They moved us to another room the next day which was on a lower floor and right across from the elevator. I appreciated the laundry on site and the super friendly staff.

The room was extremely dirty. There was mould all through the bathroom, hairs on the bed, stains on the bedhead and we found undesirable objects from the previous people left in the room.
