Staffs are friendly, accommodating and very knowledgable. Kudos to Julia, Ryu and Momo. Great breakfast, nice touch on the free liquor, ice cream and noodles. Very family friendly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to help us out with getting a vending machine refund and reserving a tour for a museum since we couldn't speak the local language. The room and breakfast were great!

The location is convenient for transportation. The front desk employees were friendly and multilinguist. The German front desk receptionist was helpful and gave excellent map directions for our sightseeing. I enjoyed the free massage chairs and free refreshments. Great perks for staying at this hotel.

Very nice property located in walkable distance to dotonburi. Also the free beer and liquor from 3-9 will definitely make you feel spoiled. Not to mention the massage chairs in the lobby

Good hotel for 2 nights. Right next door to a Lawsons, and right next door to a Brunch shop. Walkable distance to the train station - super easy access. A lot of restaurants and clothing shops in the area. It can be walkable to Dotonburi, but if you're not a walker, it can be considered a bit further away from the hotel - especially in the heat. But very easy to navigate around the area and lots of see as well.

This is a super convenient place to stay and has lots to offer for a budget hotel. Lots of free things available such as snacks, drinks, booze, toiletries etc. They also have activities which is a fun touch. The rooms are small but efficient, however a luggage stand would go a long way. There can be some noise in the hallways, all different kinds of travellers here. Good value for money, would recommend for a budget hotel.

We had a lovely stay at The Bridge Hotel. The area is largely made up of vintage stores and restaurants. It comes alive at night, though you can't hear anything from the hotel. Only a short walk to Dotonbori and multiple stations. Breakfast was good, offering a new dish each morning. There was sausage, bacon and egg, fish, pastries, bread, cereal, soup, rice and a few other items. The tea, coffee and soft drinks were available 24 hours. There was an event on each day, free alcohol, ramen and ice cream between 15:00-21:30. It can get a little busy at meal times. The room was spacious and clean. We decided not to have our room cleaned daily, but we were given fresh towels and bottled water. The staff were lovely. They greeted us as we entered. Check in was quick and we were talked through the events, breakfast, WIFI, etc. We would definitely stay again.
