One of my very favorite places to stay that has everything you need local restaurants just a foot or two away convenience dollar stores everything you need the hospitality is great right downtown everything is walkable the pool and the hot tub is wonderful the Latino Lounge downstairs is awesome all the staff are polite respectable and friendly,,always look forward to going there

very well located, underground parking (very low ceiling in the underground garage) hotel is dated and could shine with some level of refreshment, but otherwise perfectly fine for a family holiday.

I stayed here for New years eve and was pretty happy with the hotel. The location, parking, room with balcony and pool were a bonus to staying here with kids. The only things is the person working reception had very poor customer service skills, rolling his eyes and not communicationg at check out. I stood waitng for a receipt or acknowledgement of dropping the keys but nothing. I also had a bad experience with that same receptionist when i checked in. I have stayed at over 20 hotels in the past 2 years and have never experienced such a lack of customer service before. It was enough to choose another hotel for my next stay in ottawa.

As a bit of an older property, it was in great shape. The room was spacious and the parking was easy. Staff was efficient and pleasant and with a location downtown, close to so many places, it was still quiet on only the third floor. Thank you!

Comfortable! We had a 2 bedroom suite. We brought groceries and cooked. Kids had their own space. Swim/hotub was wonderful. Underground parking (extra) is climate controlled and safe

The room is not soundproofing that easy to hear walking and screaming in the evening. Toilet was blocked one night and water came out into the washroom. has to fix and clear at night. Otherwise location is good.

The first hotel room did not have a working shower head or properly working faucet. There was also hairs present in the bathroom. They switched our room due to the non working faucet. The second room was very good.

Thanks to the property manager who was so nice to us despite our baby was crying she tried to help. She was awesome. The property is very clean and cleaning staffs come in daily and check if we need anything. Room had a nice kitchen which was very nice with the kids always wanting something to eat. Major Pro: The pool was heated to 28 and jacuzzi at 38 - it was simply awesome for us who love hot water. The sauna though small was great too. Not to forget the kids club which was soo plenty of toys. The kids didn’t want to go out of the hotel. Will definitely come again. Thanks so much
