The casino floor just felt more dirty than usual to me. I also had my ID taken by a staff member for my rewards card and when I said I hadn’t had it returned he argued and I then spent 44 minutes going around trying to find it and it was at the rewards counter the whole time. I ask for towels three time and no one brought up towels then on last night the whole control system went crazy and nothing work. Maintenance did fixed the problem after a while.
