Super beautiful place with amazing breakfast buffet. Dinner/lunch menu not as impressive—better off getting tastier and cheaper street food! Had an amazing Thai massage in the spa, Very comfy and luxe room. Beautiful grounds. All staff were very kind and attentive; the only thing is it seemed they (especially front desk and housekeeping) were understaffed and stressed. Many of the other guests were impatient and demanding, and they were overbooked. Took us 1.5 hours to get checked into our room, and we arrived a couple hrs past checkin time. They offered us free massage or lunch, which was the right thing, but we really just wanted to get to our room after a long day of travel. We felt badly for the staff. All in all, though, great place for a splurge and luxury accommodations!

Such a horrible experience. Went to the hotel early, room wasn’t ready, fair enough left for a few hours. Called a head to confirm it was ready to be told yes and when I got back to the hotel I was told to sit and wait, and was then forgotten for 30 minutes while they checked other guests into our room because they forgot us. Went back to the front desk to be told they’d given the room away and need another 30 minutes before something would be ready. Finally get the room key and checked in around 4pm when we’d arrived at 11am. The food was disgusting. Room service was in not edible. Breakfast in the morning offered no options as items for the extra cost buffet wasn’t stocked so my friends got eggs from the order counter and I opted not to eat. They then brought us a ketchup bottle covered in Bug that had been on the counter with the food. The girls who did eat the breakfast all have food poisoning and have had to have an emergency doctor come in and give them fluids this morning. Bad service and cleanly. Would not recommend.

The staff during dinner was not that much professional. We had to cancel out order after more than 1 hour waiting time. But for breakfast they were excellent!

Great stay but bad taxi service
I loved my stay at the hotel, people were nice and friendly overall. I got sometimes ignored when ordering foods at the restaurant while it was almost empty but worst part was the taxi service ordered by the hotel to go the airport. After 10min on our 1h10min ride I noticed that I left personal items in the room and the driver wanted to charge me full price to go back to the hotel. He even stopped and wanted to argue about it. At the hotel, I noticed that the lady that went to the room with me was messaging him while he was trying to still make us pay for the full ride. We end up paying 2/3 of it which is shocking.

Best in pa tong
Stayed in a dozen or so hotels this trip. Plus more villas etc. none more than 3/4 days. Booked this for 4 days. Missed my flight home. Booked another 4 days. This hotel made me miss the flight as who would wanna go home. Food average. But location makes you forget your in pa tong.

We booked a family room suite and really very big. Breakfast with great options, amazing swimming pool Wirth chill music and a bar. Staff was great since the check in including spa, food and beverages and pool. Will be back!

I did a lot of research on many properties before choosing this one, stayed here on our honeymoon for 3 nights and in the villas with the private pool. The room was unbelievable, they had decorated the room with honeymoon petals for us & the views were unreal. Our room was below a large tree so quite a few leaves fell in our private pool which made it look abit dirty but was cleaned and netted daily so I can’t complain, the staff were amazing I have never met such lovely staff and the food UNREAL! Good prices too, lots of places to walk and eat outside hotel also. The cute lift to the villas and rooms was stunning, you had to wait a couple of minutes as was only 1 lift, however worth the wait - stunning. Very quiet hotel, wouldn’t stay here for more than 3/4 days though, and remember it is in the forest/mountains so likely to see some bugs :)
