Antisemitic incident
We encountered an antisemitic issue with another group at the hotel. They cursed us and started to argue with us about our country. I complained to the security guard and to the manager, but no one helped us or updated us about their actions. We stayed locked in our rooms until today when our vacation ended.

The staff here are phenomenal, they wait on you hand and foot like Royal, this hotel has its own unique experience and look To it , they have so many amenities ! A lot of free activities like yoga and boxing ! The property itself is breathtaking but I must shout out BEE At the front desk, she is the definition of going beyond , Toto Rosie and George ! Really made our stay so memorable definitely recommend 10/10

Dinso resort is lovely, beautiful room and pool. The area around patong is a bit shabbier but was still okay walking around and down to the beach.

Great resort away from the wilder part of Patong. Our 16 year old daughter took Thai kick boxing and core workout classes with Mr Toto and loved them!

Super beautiful place with amazing breakfast buffet. Dinner/lunch menu not as impressive—better off getting tastier and cheaper street food! Had an amazing Thai massage in the spa, Very comfy and luxe room. Beautiful grounds. All staff were very kind and attentive; the only thing is it seemed they (especially front desk and housekeeping) were understaffed and stressed. Many of the other guests were impatient and demanding, and they were overbooked. Took us 1.5 hours to get checked into our room, and we arrived a couple hrs past checkin time. They offered us free massage or lunch, which was the right thing, but we really just wanted to get to our room after a long day of travel. We felt badly for the staff. All in all, though, great place for a splurge and luxury accommodations!

Such a horrible experience. Went to the hotel early, room wasn’t ready, fair enough left for a few hours. Called a head to confirm it was ready to be told yes and when I got back to the hotel I was told to sit and wait, and was then forgotten for 30 minutes while they checked other guests into our room because they forgot us. Went back to the front desk to be told they’d given the room away and need another 30 minutes before something would be ready. Finally get the room key and checked in around 4pm when we’d arrived at 11am. The food was disgusting. Room service was in not edible. Breakfast in the morning offered no options as items for the extra cost buffet wasn’t stocked so my friends got eggs from the order counter and I opted not to eat. They then brought us a ketchup bottle covered in Bug that had been on the counter with the food. The girls who did eat the breakfast all have food poisoning and have had to have an emergency doctor come in and give them fluids this morning. Bad service and cleanly. Would not recommend.
