We needed a disability bathroom with 2 queen beds. Only had 1 king disability bathroom. They need a few more disability rooms. They have new beds. Must ask for Housekeeping Daily!
Rooms are nice size. You have to request Housekeeping service EVERYDAY, which is annoying. One of the days, I requested service and there was none when I returned at 10pm, I had to ask for new towels at the front desk. Anywhere you pay more than $100/room night, you should have Housekeeping service, with the option to OPT OUT, not the opposite. I don't know if they don't have enough employees in their Housekeeping Department, or are just looking to cut costs. I was given the company line, "We are still in Covid mode". I have stayed in many hotels since 2021, all of them offered daily Housekeeping service without requesting it. Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. All of the employees were pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles and the tortillas, nice touch.

For a 2-3 Start Hotel Service better than 5 star hotels. When you asked for something you got it. Many hotels the clerk smiles and does not get the job done EVERYTHING WORKED. Even the tv channel changer which at 5 star hotels it takes two calls to get something done. Or more Older a bit worn but Clean! Well maintained. Free expersso and coffee 24X7 If this brand (Not Wyndom) was everywhere I'd stay here exclusively when traveling
