Very nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Amazing restaurants, pools and games room and delicious buffet breakfast. All staff were very friendly and polite but specially: Risma at Vista restaurant and Matt at the lobby went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, Thailand.

Absolutely amazing
We stayed here for our first time in Phuket and it was absolutely amazing. We loved it! They upgraded us to their private pool room and we couldn’t fault it at all, it was magical. Eve was very nice and welcoming when we checked in and all the staff were very accommodating and always making sure we were ok. One of the best hotels definitely recommend it.

The resort was exceptional (especially the pools and dining options), with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facilities were well-equipped, with plenty to do and enjoy around the property, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The only slight letdowns were the inconsistent quality of room service and that the jacuzzi in our room didn’t work, which was disappointing. However, overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Avista Hideaway for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Simply impressive
We used some travel YouTubers for info to choose your resort. They undersold it, the room was amazing and the restaurants are impressive. We didn’t know service and people could be so great. We will be back when traveling to Phuket

If I could rate this place seven Stars I would baste solely on the staff which always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The sunset views from the pool were epic and the drinks from rancho the bartender were perfect. Looking an excursion was a complete joy from the lovely lady in the front office. 100 out of 100 will be returning again!

Loved every bit of our stay! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasant experience. The resort was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. We loved the buffet breakfast. It was in a great location, close enough to the action of Patong, yet it felt quiet and secluded. We highly recommend this resort!

Friendly staff and overall good service. The facilities and the common areas are great and well maintained however the room is quite old and not exactly at the level of 5 star hotel. They upgraded our room to a villa. The location is not a walkable distance then you need 300-400bath each time to move around.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to, and the value for money was great! I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 2 daughters and we loved every second! A huge plus is the food at the resort, from the outstanding breakfast, great room service, unbelievable tea it the room to the amazing restaurants this hotel is all about great food. Pros: price, big room with balcony and a great view, highly trained and friendly staff with perfect English, nice pools, a sweet kids club, top notch food, great sunset performance. Cons: there are a million steps in the hotel (which was good for our diet with all the great food), the location is great but there is only one restaurant, massage and 7-eleven near the hotel and everything else is a cab ride away. We wanted a hotel that isn’t in the middle of all the noise and touristy things so for us the location was perfect because it is still really close to patong beach but very relaxing and feels remote. Overall- an amazing place!

This property boats of natural and tranquil settings. Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were plenty. The Indian restaurant at this hotel does amazing food and the staff are very kind and gave us a 5* service. The only downfall was that we had access to a shared pool and we found that the pool was covered in leaves that fall from a nearing tree which was the main reason we did not get to use the pool. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a relaxing atmosphere away from the noisey centre of patong.
