This room was sufficient. As is most with inexpensive bookings in Thailand, the pictures were better than the reality, but were mostly accurate. In the pictures the rooms look fresh, but in reality they seemed just a bit older and used. I had a few cockroach type bugs, but I think that's expected almost anywhere that has high temperatures and humidity. It wasn't concerning enough for me to report it to anyone. I just killed the few that popped up and went on with my business.

Good Deal
This place was good for a one night stay. Bed was comfy and the room was surprisingly quiet. The free breakfast was very tasty. This place was in a great location, right in the heart of Patong and only a block from the beach. If you don’t like stairs though this could be a problem as there is no lift and the stairs are steep, especially to the top floor, wouldn’t want to take these after a night out. Overall good deal for the price.

We started our check in with misunderstandings and mishaps which the owner quickly addressed and remedied in the best possible ways. He always answered our questions and made a hr e our trip was amazing. The customer service is fantastic and it’s close to everything you want to do in the area. Great price, great location great staff.

The staff surpassed our expectations. I don't want to mentioned names, because I might leave some one out. Hotel is just across street from Patong beach. along the street there are many eateries to choose from. I don't know if they provide beach towel, I forgot to ask for some. Just know this is a small no frills hotel and there is no lift, but staff attitude and service compensates for all that.

Great location
3 night stay. Room was good sized with balcony. Good water pressure in shower and decent WiFi connection. Hotel rooms above sports bar/restaurant. No issues with noise in rooms. Only possible down side is lack of elevator to floors. The top floor has smaller set of stairs which may be hard to climb at night so beware. Otherwise stay was nice and location was right near beach and walking steet.

Centralt och nära stranden. Rummet annorlunda inrett med betongdesignad säng och väggar mm, väldigt mörkt. Duschrummet saknade duschväggar eller draperi, ingen avställningsyta för nessecär, tandborste, glas tandkräm mm. Endast en krok för handduk annars golvet fint troligen ganska nygjort. Vid ett par tillfällen kom ett fruktansvärt oljud som gjorde att hela rummet vibrerade, troligen någon som misslyckades med ljudanläggningen. Utsikten från fönstret som gallerförsett var en loftgång.
