The bed was super comfortable. The hotel was very modern and spotless. Friendly staff that spoke English. It wasn’t a far walk to get anywhere in to area.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location from Patong beach. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk which is perfect & allows you to be away from all of the noise. Amazing massage parlors on the road as well. Hotel is clean and the staff is amazing.

Cons that affected this great hotel: Wifi - terrible internet, worked mostly in lobby Luke warm water - I couldn’t take a hot shower At night there was a bizarre whistle sound from outside Breakfast buffet had many options of food but I would have preferred less food but better quality. Processed cheese was the only type of cheese. Location is good and rooms are very nice.

This was a good hotel. The location was good, but it’s at the end of it. Bad street with trash everywhere not for the faint at heart.

The check in process was horrible. The man at the front desk didn't know what he was doing and the process took over 35 minutes. A lady also interrupted while he was checking us in and he started helping her, which slowed things down even more. We checked in around 12:30am and just wanted to get into the room after a day of traveling. He said he was going to keep our passports over night until I argued with him and then he gave them back. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Excellent staff and excellent service!! I have Booking room with balcony and got a room with “French balcony” So I talk with the manager” Baki” He was a very nice man and he took us to a room with a balcony no No charge Which made the hotel stay much better

Excellent Hotel for the rating it has, just far enough from the hustle and bustle yet close enough if you fancy that night out. Breakfast was good, but could do with a bit more vegetarian options, but i didn't go hungry. I would definitely stay here again

Good hotel. Nice location. Great price. Rooms were clean. Hotel was newly renovated so everything looked brand new. Breakfast buffet was very convenient and it was free! WiFi seemed to only work down in the lobby and not up in the rooms.
