The hotel was okay I honestly I was a bit disappointed the exterior/lobby was clean and renovated and modern however the room and hallway was so old the carpet smells in the hallway and the room. The bed was terrible my couch at is more comfortable than the bed. I had to check to see if we had a water mattress because the minute my 4-year laid in the bed it sunk right in. My husband slept on the sofa due to that. The bathroom was the best part of the room it was clean and modernized. I’m glad it was just one night I wouldn’t stay there again

This was our first time at your hotel. Getting to the registration desk from the front door was very bad! One car blocked the entrance, so moving our bags from our car to the inside was really bad, This will be your last stay with you!

I have stayed at this location multiple times in the past and as usual I did not get disappointed. The staff are all professional and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are 10/10, the waiter at the breakfast area 10/10. The staff are well trained and this is definitely a hotel for families. Although the rooms can use some updating, they are clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return. I stayed for a week and not one complaint. Thanks to the Sheraton for a great week!
