The staff is very attentive. Everybody there is very helpful. The rooms was beautiful. My housekeepercame and cleaned my room twice a day along with turn down service. Good activity. Good night on entertainment overall. Definitely come back here again

Friendly staff and plenty of entertainment options for entire family. All amenities are in close proximity which is convenient when travelling with small kids or elders. Dining options are good and food quality is above average. Would definitely come back.

Overall was a good stay, staff is really nice and willing to help you with anything at anytime. Food could be better only really ate at the Mexican truck because that food wouldn’t upset my stomach. I would not recommend the preferred club because all the preferred club amenities anyone can go into so it’s just a waste of money if you pay for it.

The hotel is run down. Staff were not helpful. Many things were broken in my room, including the mirror light, a drawer, and the air conditioning. I asked three times for the air conditioning to be fixed, but staff just turned it off and on again. The bed sheets and bath robes were not clean. The resort kept running out of food and drink items. It was unbelievable. The Mexican food truck by the lazy river ran out of beans on Tuesday, and fish for the fish tacos and French fries on Friday. The Italian restaurant ran out of Sprite. The ice cream shop ran out of chocolate ice cream. The preferred bar ran out of Tito's and Grey Goose vodka. There were never any pool towels available, and the staff could not say why or when they would be available. The food was average at best. Loud music played every night until 11 that could be heard throughout the resort. The beach is small and not nice, with stray dogs and cats everywhere. The stray cats were also at all the outdoor restaurants at the resort, climbing on chairs. The best part of the resort was the nightly entertainment. The bands, dancers, and circus performers were great. I will not be returning to this hotel.
