I trully LOVED the room with the pvt pools I had, the public pool closes early. But the horrible smell on the grounds, specially by the Buffet area is not good. Service was awesome. The actual grounds were really nice ( except smell). The beach is not great, but really close to MACAO beach which is BEAUTIFUL !! Over all GOOD, but can do without the smell….

My family and I loved the resort except for the night club, the Dj had no variety of genres and focused more on vulgar music and hip hop.

TThey said that all-inclusive is not true. If you want to go to other restaurants, sometimes they're closed or you have to make a reservation. The only thing they have available is the buffet. For room service, they have the same menu every day. If you want to drink in your room, you have to go to the bar and ask for drinks, and it has to be a drink in a glass. They don't allow asking for a bottle.

El hotel no nos gustó. Hubieron muchas cosas que no estuvieron a tono con unas esperadas vacaciones. El servicio precario, la animacion demasiado escasa. Solo estaba el teatro que no, todos los dias tuvo funcion y que ademas estaba sin ventilacion. La comida no estuvo mal del todo y menos mal.porque algo tenia que servir en esa instalación

Overall a good hotel / property. From the lobby and other areas a bad smell like sewer water. A bit of lack of communication either in English or Spanish. The theater too hot, no A/C. Liked the pools, specially the adults only area / VIP. Very nice rooms. The buffet food quality could be better. But in the restaurants very good food quality and service.

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. The room was clean & comfortable. Most employees are friendly and attentive to customers’ needs. The gardens, swimming pools are kept clean on a daily basis. The night shows are great, especially the Beach Party, best I have seen so far in Punta Cana. There are security guards everywhere & that prevents thefts, especially at the beach. I’ll definitely go back to this hotel, however I have a suggestion that I hope the management will take very seriously, as this is the only hotel in Punta Cana in which I’ve encountered this problem. This is not a complaint, since they have “tried” to accommodate my allergies problems. However the staff at the buffet (where I mostly ate) seriously need more training when it comes to food cross- contamination. Some people cannot eat certain foods & I have observed several times, that the foods served were labeled incorrectly. For example, they write “arroz con mariscos/ rice with seafoods” & I specifically asked if it contained meat & was told no. Luckily for me, as I was trying to serve myself some, I found out it had hot-dog mixed in it as well. When I showed it to the employee who initially assured me (while standing behind the counter, by the dish), that the rice had only seafood, his reaction was :” sorry it’s a mistake”! Staff need a better training and ALL the foods need to be labeled correctly to avoid incidents from happening. Let’s see if there’ll be improvement next year !!!

Very easy for a quick get away, lots of food options (book restaurants early and ahead of time). Great entertainment staff, shows and dancing every night. Very international which we loved. Clean beaches and pools. The only issue was a foul smell after it rained which was not pleasant.

there is very bad smell throughout the hotel and its areas the specialized restaurants have very bad food and services only 1 buffet for the hotel the beach and its area very nice

Only complaint would be the staff. Bartenders in the sports bar and poolside bars were unnecessarily rude and almost ruined the whole experience for our group. Buffet staff, lobby bar and the club staff were the only good interactions. Entertainment staff were forceful and handsy. If you did not want to participate they don’t understand no means no. They would grab your things and start putting your clothes on you. The food was good - highly recommend the hibachi. Pools close at 7:00pm and room service is only 9a-9p so we never got to use it since that was during normal dinning hours. The beach was nice but people will be selling things all day. Overall relaxing time and I feel like we got what we paid for but experience could be improved.
