En mi vida volvería a este hotel ni lo recomiendo. Nada de servicial el staff, el buffet siempre lleno y sucio. Las habitaciones llena de mosquitos, toallas y sabanas manchadas. No es un hotel para relajarse, las de limpieza, mini bar y demás tocan la puerta demasiado rudo y no son sensibles al huésped. Los del expand hotel son hostigante. No hay nada de empatia por parte del staff. Comienzan a hacer reparaciones internas a las 8am y todo se escucha en la habitacion. Al igual que la television de la habitacion de al lado. La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel.

Liked the property itself. Didn’t like the lack of activities, staff was slow and service was bad, dining was limited to reservation only even though restaurants were half empty, and buffet food was very basic.

The property was very clean and well maintain. It was very modern and up to date, very nice appearance. The staff was somewhat friendly at time but could a little stand-offish at other times. I did not like the time-share sales pitch. When they approached us, we did not know it was a time share presentation involved. This needs to be clearly communicated up front. When you are on vacation, you do not want to waste time listening to this if you are not truly interested. We did not know. Also the beach vendors were a little persistent, to the point where we tried to avoid them. I would like to have more activities on site. There really was not much to do at times. Also the food to be a lot better. There was not one restaurant that I truly enjoyed from beginning to end and the buffet restaurant's food was boring and not tasty.

Property was clean and nice, exactly as I had imagined. The buffet was really good, they had different options everyday meanwhile you have to make a reservation for dinner.

Serenade is a safe and affordable resort in Punta Cana. I came here for a solo trip for my birthday. The staff are kind and respectful. They truly aim for you to have a good time. The buffet food isn't terrible, but you definitely need to be willing to try stuff. I highly suggest getting on the website and booking your dinner reservations at restaurants in advance! The dinner at the restaurant was always really really good, 3 course meals. The drinks are good, not really strong but by the end of your trip you'll know what to order that works for you. There were tons of other solo travelers when I went, so don't be afraid to socialize. The club was cute, the beach was okay, and the pool was a vibe when others came out. Lots of fun, highly suggest!
