If you thinking about getting shuttle service, think twice my wife and I we have to jump true hoops to get some kind of notice about the status of the pick up time. After one hour waiting the shuttle service never show up, but all the people in the hotel nice and professional. The manager Dulce was very kind and helpful, all the cleaning crew tumps up.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Clean and well managed. The breakfast is good! Housekeepers are quiet and respectful of guests sleeping. The pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean. Highly recommend!

The receptionist at the front desk did us a solid since we arrived so late into the night she accompanied us with an upgrade room. The hotel was very convenient for us as we were only there for one night. Near airport and car rental.
