It's a beautiful hotel with some amenities, which are nice. Restaurant, gift shop and market prices were extremely high compared to restaurants and gift shops outside of the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 days Labor Day weekend. Some of the employees were staging a loud and annoying labor protest. We only had our room cleaned once out of the 3 days, we had to call the front desk to get fresh towels. Walking around the property we were confronted by the protestors numerous times. It would have been nice of the hotel to give us notice of the protest before we checked in.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. Room was not prepared properly, coffee service was not cleaned or restocked prior to our checking in. But over all a very nice hotel.

The parking was horrible, elevators were not working the majority of the time and it was so hard to find a parking spot. Our keys never worked to go in and out of the parking structure. Majority of the time when we went back up to our room we had to go back down to get new keys because they never opened the door. That part was frustrating. But location of the hotel was amazing. I loved walking the pier every morning and relaxing by the pier. Definitely a pleasant stay in that regard. I would probably check out the hampton next time though for sure.
