The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful. There are no maps or any information pamphlets available. This area is not very walkable...0.6 miles to the nearest store. There are buses, but they only run every 30-40 minutes. This is a nice place to stay if you have a vehicle.

Two room suite was great, except for pull out couch bed. The springs make it unusable and I ended up with an extra kid in my bed. Regular beds were great, suite was spacious, kitchen had everything you need, breakfast was good, pool was warmed, nice staff

Only complaint was an airport hotel with a shuttle that starts at 5am... had to take a cab to the airport and the fact it has a shuttle was the main reason i booked this hotel.

Although it’s 0.5mile from airport terminal, there is no restaurants or convenience/food shopping nearby. The airport shuttle service is provided, however no clear instructions on pickup/drop off areas.

It’s a great location for airport travel. The check in staff lady was so sweet, fun and caring. The rooms and view were great. My only negative was the WiFi. I couldn’t even summon an Uber due to the poor connection and not using the WiFi - I only had one bar. We use AT&T. So maybe get a better WiFi provider as I travel lots and never have had this problem.

The hotel was great. Our room was cozy and nice. It is so nice to have the extended stay extras like a fridge and freezer. It’s a treat to have ice right there when we wanted it. Stefanie at the front desk made our stay even better. She answered the phone when we first called for the airport shuttle. She was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she was waiting with a huge smile! She was so fun to chat with. She also gave us dinner suggestions and she was happy to check in with us as we passed the desk through out our whole trip. She was great to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Now we have made a lifelong friend we feel like we need to go visit her again. Thanks Stefanie!! You are the best!!

Great location with ample parking. Hotel and room were very clean. We could hear constant thumping from the room above; not sure if it was from guests above us, or what, but it was pretty annoying. Would stay here again.
