This has been our favorite resort in Mexico to date and not for the beautiful resort but more because of the staff. They are the most polite, attentive staff we have come across. From Gabriel to the bartenders to every staff member we had contact with. Top notch and truly made our stay unforgettable. We plan on returning every year! Thank you Krystal Grand!
