The staff was super friendly and helpful. Adriana remembered our name every morning , Marisola got us laughing from the moment we arrived. The view was beautiful from our room but the plunge pool area was a slight disappointment. Because we were at the end of the property the mosquitoes were very bothersome. (Very minor issue) Highly recommend

Beautiful setting overlooking the Gulf of California with an ocean view from every room. The staff is amazing providing world class service. The dining options are good except for a very limited room service menu. The food is uneven. The breakfast buffet is top shelf. The red snapper served at the Bacalao dinner was mushy - clearly not fresh. The room service burger was from a frozen patty. Pad thai at Sakke was made with liguine not rice noodles and prepared with a sauce that was very bland and not the usual chili sauce. Chicken parmesan was served on pasta with a bechamel sauce not the usual marinara. The chicken itself was a small piece from a freezer pack and sprinkled with grated parmesan rather than melted mozzarella. Several instances of food quality being okay but not chef-prepared as you would expect at a 5 star resort. Drinks were very good and the house wine, all Chilean is adequate. My room, 131, was nicely furnished but the upholstered furniture was visibly dirty. One of the chairs on the outdoor patio was very thread bare. Towels were worn - not 5 star quality. This is a very nice 3 star resort. I would not return.

This is a great property with great staff. Every room faces the ocean with great views. The food and service was top notch. We have stayed here previously and will be back again.

I did not like that I brought 8 invited quests with me for a 5 day stay and the resort did not make extend one concession on my behalf. Not even a bottle of champagne for for wife who birthday was 22 Sept, or Myself on 24th September! Will not be returning as i normally travel with 8 to 10 people and many resorts appreciate that kind of business!

Enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was Excellent at check in/out and in the restaurants, the concierge helpful. At the pool the service was depending of the person at times but overall good and they certainly did ask often if we needed anything. Drinks could have been better at times and they didn’t have everything they put on the list. The room was very nice, not new but with some characters and the view was beautiful. Beds/ pillows very comfortable . Some humidity but to be expected being just by the sea and the wonderful sound of the sea to fall asleep was amazing. Entertainment in the evenings were alright. The food was good. We just did not try the French restaurant but we did enjoy the other options. The WiFi was not good by the pool and that was a problem if you wanted to order food from there or if you had to use your computer. There is a a beach you can swim in, a 15 min walk away but not in front of the hotel. The pools are also nice. The gym was good to work out with different options. There was also some activities offered throughout the day if you wanted. Cleaning was done daily. Room service was great and on time . Overall, we had a great time and a very good experience.
