This property is right on the beach! It has fire pits at night time. Two bars by the pool, we will definitely be back.

The pools and beach were fantastic. I know the resort was hit hard from the hurricane and they are working hard to rebuild. But there was a lot of construction happening all day. Our door wouldn't close so maintenance had to come at night to fix the door and it was obviously swelled and damaged from the hurricane. I just think the rooms were not worth the cost at this point. Also, coffee and chairs should be free when you are paying a daily resort fee.

The pictures and description's of the resort really paint a different picture but the room, the service and the amenities were terrible. We had to call 5 times the first 3 days to get housekeeping to come and fix our rooms! Don’t waste your money here you will be very disappointed go next door to Rum fis, especially if you have kids! ! Also they forgot to mentioned they were under construction so everything look very unpleasant!

Rooms in side buildings are dated and need to be redone. Couch and chairs need to be cleaned. I put a sheet to sit on them. Grounds are nice, pool was clean, and beach is pretty.

This is a very old hotel that needs a substantial amount of work… The bathroom counter was cracked as well as the wooden floor… The place felt old and rundown… the hallways were filthy and old… Certainly not worth the money… I don’t know how old the picture was that was used for this by Expediia… But I think Expedia needs to go back and check it out… I’d rate it out one… Certainly not a three that they rated that … absolutely overpriced…

There is some hurricane repair work going on which is to be expected. That said, for $400+ a night, I would expect better parking availability and help with luggage.

Rooms were nice, but dated including a 1980's microwave (there was a new one on the kitchen counter). Plus was a full size refrigerator. They have 2 restaurants/ beach bars, but only 1 was open. Service was very slow due to the 1 that was opened being packed. Food was so so. Only real negative was a substantial daily resort fee that got you free beach towels. 2 loungers and an umbrella on the beach will set you back another $40 a day. Other places in St Pete they are included in the resort fee.

Run of then mill property, it’s over priced for what you get. Couldn’t reach customer service prior to stay,. Nonetheless it’s right on the beach and offers activities like boating, jet ski rentals and cabanas. The pool was clean there was live music. We would go again but we cannot give a 5 star due to the price. The room was run down and a bit dirty. We didn’t spent much time in the room, but one night was enough. These prices are out of control.

Our second time this year staying at Sirata!! Hands down my favorite resort on St Pete Beach. Staff is great, location and resort all amazing!!👍👍

Becoming a Hilton property comes with some issues

This is our 3rd year and we have loved the Sirata. Understandably, there have been a lot of changes because of the hurricane and the merger of Hilton. Unfortunately, our room was never serviced. I had to retrieve my own towels, clean sheets, take out the garbage and sweep the floors of sand. We were there for 5 days, and not cleaned once. Even after we requested, she made 2 beds with the same sheets, with sand all over, and did not clean the living area/kitchenette. There were 5 of us in the room, she brought 3 towels, once. We took towels from the pool area to shower with. The 2 computer systems made check in and check out take over 20 minutes. I’m hoping next year when it’s officially merged, some of these issues will be ironed out. The bar/restaurant staff were amazing.

Paid initial payment through Expedia and had balance “pay at property “. When we arrived earlier for check in I was advised that full payment for stay had to be paid and the first payment was a deposit of one night stay in case we didn’t show up and would be held until after check out on 04/11 and then credited back ( it’s 04/17 and have not seen a return to date) Resort check in time is 4pm and we were advised that we would be notified if room was ready early.. at 4:15 we had to go back to desk to see what happened. We were advised that room was cleaned but needed to be checked by staff. 4:35 we got into room. Next morning just before 9am we were greeted with heavy construction noise on rooms just below us ocean view. There was no mention of this at check in and they continued each day 9-5. Housekeeping was marginal at best and we decided not to have them clean and did it ourselves after it took the single lady 8 hours to clean 5 rooms. Positive side is that if/when construction finishes in 6 months or so and they hire more housekeeping it will be a decent place to stay, for us we won’t take the chance again.

Place is in a great location! Had multiple issues with the keys and the door of our room. They kept saying it was that the keys were deactivated. We saw it was a problem with the lock! Needs an updated system!
