Bathroom lights didn’t work and toilet was leaking. Still had blue protective plastic on the windows. Service at the gili’s beach club was not good, plates were dirty, and it wasn’t busy. The elevators were also very very slow and always busy. The hotel as a whole was dated and dirty.

Furnishings were chipped and worn, Terrible shower head, excellent staff for the most part, HVAC issues were repaired promptly as was an issue with broken internal commode parts, great views from room, excellent beach staff, extremely light on alcohol drinks but very high priced, baseboards were a mess in the room and hallway, generally run down property/dated

Outdated room. Takes 20 min to get from 25th floor in the elevator down. Stuff using the same 4 elevators for service:ie on one ride from the lobby to 25th floor 3 different cleaning people got on the the different floors to the elevator, bringing towels & etc, therefore the elevator stopped at every floor. Lobby looks good but is cleaned with some cheap chemicals that smell unbearable. 1st room we got had terrible chlorine smell, had to wait for a different room (when your stay starts like that you start to pay attention to every detail) Overall I would call it upgraded motel #6. Breach is ok, with good beach attendants but the restroom on the beach is closed due to renovation

Hotel is a little rundown. Needs updating. Fitness room was closed for a week which was very disappointing. Service not great at the bars and restaurants. Shower did not have hot water.
