Incredible and beautiful, Making Memories is perfect for your Southern Utah vacation! Making Memories has been set up to ensure that all guests have everything they need for a perfect stay!

On the main level, you will find a spacious great room to stretch out in and hang out together in. The state-of-the-art kitchen provides all you need to prepare and serve your meals. It has an oversized dining room table plus additional seating at the kitchen counter. Right off the kitchen is a patio with a grill for barbecuing. The living room has a big flat-screen TV and Blu- ray player. Also, on the main floor is a spacious master bedroom with a California king-size bed. The master also has a TV for your enjoyment. The large washroom has a washer and dryer that you can use during your stay should you need them. There is also a half bath for added convenience.

Upstairs you will find the perfect second living space. There is a TV, a comfy sectional couch, and a Foosball table. A balcony off this room to step out and enjoy the sunshine. There are three more bedrooms and 3 more full bathrooms. Bedroom number two has another king bed and master bathroom. Bedroom number three has a queen bed and a set of full bunk beds plus a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two sets of queen bunk beds and a blu-ray player for that TV. SO MUCH FUN! Every bedroom has its own TV as well. There is an additional full bathroom across the bunk room.

The outside deck is awesome! It has a fire pit, a TV, patio furniture to enjoy, a fridge, and its own private hot tub! You could hang out here all day and night!

Centrally located between St. George and Hurricane, Town Center is a fantastic community providing all guests with a gratifying vacation! We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving and the bonus was that the townhouse was close to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Quiet and secure too. Manager was awesome!

We had 15 of us stay in this property and it fit us just great. Except for those with spouses everyone had their own bed. The hot tub was a huge plus for us and was used every night. Every bedroom had a television, plus thr loft and family room. They had all the fished that we needed, besides they only had 1 cookie sheet. Only a few downers, the walls are thin, so we could hear each other in our bedrooms. Second, we couldn't get just regular television so we had to subscribe to Fubo to watch a football game. Lastly, the soap dispensers weren't great and one of the beds sheets didn't appear to be changed before we came. This was a great space for our family and overall it was very clean and accommodated us very well.

Great facilities. Private hottub was great! The shared pool/ hottub has too many kids. Not great if it's just adults looking to relax (for this looking for an aduly retreat). Suggestion for next time. It would be great if there was dish soap, all purpose spray left so we can keep things clean. It was annoying to have to go out to buy that. when we were there only a weekend.

So glad I found this place it's perfect!!
The rental was great! The kids and the husband's loved playing the foosball and the swimming pool was right next to us so we didn't have to walk far and the pool has a pretty big shallow area for the little little kids which most pools do not so that was a plus in my book. It was surprisingly really big and made my family and I feel like we were right at home. I loved that it was right off of the freeway and just down the road from Walmart, the location was perfect. I will definitely be booking again in the near future. The only reason for giving 3 stars for the cleanliness is because you couldn't walk on the floors barefoot without your feet turning black and there were a couple of other things that should have been cleaned up but weren't other than those few things it was great.

Nice place for a getaway to southern Utah
Home was very clean. Lots of kitchen gear. Nice mattresses. Hot tub on the deck was well maintained, warm and ready for use when we arrived. Community pool is close by and heated (at least it was during Feb of 2021). It was in the low 40's outside and swimming in the pool was loads of fun (getting out and drying off was a bit chilly!) One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was the TV in the main area had built in Chromecast so I could connect my phone to the TV and stream the game from my phone. Very nice! Love the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom!! If we were rich (and wanted to spend more time in southern Utah) we would buy a place like this!

Great Property Overall But Needs Some fixes
This condo was large and so close to the pool and parking. Bedrooms were nice and lots of dishes etc. HOWEVER, half the tv's and remotes did not work along with no instructions. No sponges or dish soap of any kind in the kitchen. Kitchen table is damaged and covered with plastic along with really stained benches (all poor choices for a rental which I'm sure they figured out but haven't wanted to replace yet). Tables in the living room were wobbly and one of the upstairs stair railings was broken/absent which was terrifying having little kids. Just wanted to be honest about some issues management needs to fix. Overall we had a great stay because the property itself was great, hot tub was great, location was good, loved the heated pool etc. Just want them to fix some of those issues before returning.

Perfect getaway
Place was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. A perfect place for our family of 8 plus a toddler. Easy drive to Zion National Park and perfect place to come "home" to after a day of hiking and sight seeing.. Rooms were clean, kitchen had all the tools and gadgets we needed plus more, hot tub was clean, amenities were plentiful and it was a quick drive to the nearest superstore for needed groceries and supplies. Will definitely come back and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We loved the set up of this house! It was a great size for us and two of our friends families. The kids loved the bunk room, video games, fooz ball and hot tub. we were happy to have a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating . There were a few items in disrepair which is why I took off the star. A piece of the railing was broken, the Ottoman was caved in, and the hot tub would not heat properly. We called the property manager for a couple of things and they were very quick to respond and fix the items. The Internet was spotty, so that was annoying for streaming movies. It was a great location close to Sand Hollow for boating and Zion national Park. It was nice to have a garage and plenty of nearby parking. One thing which is not their fault but I would definitely mention to the property is the lack of lighting at the swimming pool. It was completely dark at night which made it hard to watch the kids. Even some solar lights added on the fence would go along way. Overall, we had a lot of fun!

Great location
We loved our stay here! Very clean. Plenty of space, great amenities and close to lots of fun places like Zion National Park, several state parks and St. George. Wish a few basics would have been provided at the house like garbage bags and dish rags (there were labeled spots for these items, they just weren’t there). Tried contacting the property management company to ask about getting some but didn’t get any response. Just a minor inconvenience though. We loved our stay overall and would stay again.

The house was stocked with necessary items for cooking. We really liked having a private hot tub with tv to watch on the upper deck for relaxing in the evening. Having the community pool just steps away was very convenient.
