We were in the 6th floor and the elevator was broken for 2 days and no one seemed to do anything to help us from having to go up and down 6 flights and carry all of our luggage. It was a huge inconvenience that could have been helped with some customer service.

Overall just not pleased. Asked twice to have bathroom exhaust fan replaced. Failed. Tub leaked wanted onto floor just showering. Failed No room service unless staying 10 days or longer? Failed No extra linens in room. Failed Overall nothing has changed since we were there 10 years ago. Buildings are outdated. Restaurant service was average but food and pricing was terrible. I don’t mind spending 1-200$ on a meal but it better be special. Sloppy Joe? Failed Not impressed AND NOBODY asked how our stay was when we checked out. Won’t be going back on my dime. Certainly would never consider being an owner.

It was great staying at the holiday inn club. Best part was that they had everything in room that we might need on daily basis. Loved the staff as well they were very helpful.
