Everything was beautiful and enjoyable. The buffets need more variety of food especially the ones by the pools! The bedroom shower tubs need to be taken off! There are alit of older people at these resorts now that can't get in those tubs! I had a handicapped person and slipped quite a few times times and are too high to get in! Resort needs more lights outside at night n better guide signs. I was got lost all the time there because of no signs in so many areas!

This property was very nice but it was clear after the first couple of days that it was an older property. The staff were very friendly and helpful as possible with the language barrier lol. One improvement that could be made was the quality of the food smh. It wasn't what I expected unfortunately and my wife and I were often left hungry at night. Other than that it was a great time, the beaches were clean (besides sargassum) please bring a pair of aqua shoes for the beach as there are rocks all over in the water.

Overall the property is well kept , we had issues with our room the first night. Issues were taken care of right away, after we made them aware of it. The food is ok, not great . Most of it looks good , but very bland . To get a dine in restaurant , you must reserve in advance .Some restaurants weren’t available during our stay . Food at the restaurants we did eat , were ok. The pool area is great, with a really cool kids area ! The beach area is great! There are 2 swim up bars . Theres very few wait staff for such a big bar area . Theres a shopping center with a sports bar . That bar has 24hr snack Buffet. The beach doesn’t have drink service either . Keep in mind there are other properties attached , but we only stayed at the Colonial. Also the property is one hour 25 minutes from the airport . Keep that in mind if you don’t like to be late .

Loved this place. So many options to eat, drink and relax!! Very well kept beach with activities to enjoy. We spent a week and could have easily gone for 2 or 3 without getting bored. Highly recommend it for couples or families!! Also, we bought a package through Expedia and saved a lot.
