We loved all the beautiful tropical plants, nature, and wild life. We stayed in the romance suite in building 2 which was ocean view very close to the beach, bar and pools where there is night shows. We loved that we could walk down the beach to Akumal and snorkel with the turtles and sting rays or you can snorkel the area in front of the hotel. There is life jackets that can be rented or snorkel gear. The food was good, SeaSide restaurant was our favorite. We also thought the nightly entertainment was very good. Our floor concierge when above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. The resort staff was very friendly. Would love to take my family back!

We absolutely loved Secrets Akumal. It was so peaceful and we had the best experience because of the staff! Leidy was an incredible concierge but everyone was beyond helpful. We will go back!!

The hotel was amazing, just what my friends and I needed to enjoy a Birthday celebration!! The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Daniel is one of the best concierge extremely helpful and attentive but not over bearing. Overall great time… FYI Just bring some mosquito repellent!!!
