The hotel was situated within 5 minutes of the theatre I was attending and also from the railway station so was ideal. The room was immaculate and had everything that was needed. The complimentary can of pop, crisps and chocolate were appreciated. The range of food at the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was so much choice. The only negative that I can think of was that I did not like the scent of the hand wash in the bathroom but that’s just personal preference

Just a one-night stay, but the room was spotless and very comfortable. This hotel is so well placed for anyone using New St station and the two malls (Grand Central and the Bull Ring) adjacent to it, which have lots of speedy dining options.
