The front desk staff was very helpful. Excellent location for the underground and shops and restaurants. The carpet really needs to be replaced. We were not required to scan our key card to get into the main doors, which is unsafe. Anybody could enter to the hotel and get into the room area without being questioned.

This I was my second stay at Park International. It is conveniently located near the tube in a nice area. The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. I did not have a lot of interaction with the staff, but what I did have was pleasant. This is an older hotel but nonetheless in good condition. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This property didn’t look anything like the photos. The rooms are basically falling apart. Borderline unsanitary. Carpets that haven’t been washed in years. The smell of mold in the lobby. Front desk staff were great though.

The staff were helpful and responsive. They even manage to find my left behind key pouch. However the maintence left much to be desired. The wash basin pipe was choked on arrival. At night the water was dripping from the air conditiner. Upon cleaning it was very dusty. The mattress was soft and sqeaky.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Gloucester Tube Station (access Piccadilly, Circle, & District!). Only 2 blocks to the hotel! The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed. Breakfast was great! I would stay again if traveling to tour London!
