We loved staying at this hotel. It is close to all the famous attractions in London. Our room had a good view of the city. I recommend getting one of the higher floors and book the London Eye view. It is completely worth it! We loved the breakfast as well. We recommend this hotel for anyone trying to book in London for a vacation.

This property was wonderful from the none checked in. The location was excellent. My son’s stuffed animal went missing from the room, most likely in the laundry, and they completed a search and replaced the toy. The staff was amazingly responsive. My only issue is that it says laundry is available on site, but that has been removed and you must send it out. They need to update their signage to match.

My family of 3 really liked this hotel. We stayed in a junior suite and had a lot of room for a London hotel. The AC worked well, there was a microwave and fridge, and the housekeeping staff kept the room tidy for us during our stay. The bathroom had a shower and a separate tub. The hotel was quiet at night. We never heard anything from other rooms or guests. There was PLENTY of storage in the room...cupboards and drawers for us to put our belongings. I always try to book the VIP hotels, because I love getting additional amenities and/or upgrades, but we did not receive anything extra at this hotel. That was a disappointment, and I'm not sure why this was overlooked. Other little issues at the hotel include long waits for the elevator (luckily we were on the 3rd floor so we could use the stairs), very flat pillows, and the staff leaving only 2 bottles of water each day even though we registered 3 guests. Overall, I enjoyed our stay here and would stay at this hotel again when in London.
