I had a really great stay at the leonardo hotel, the hotel looks really nice. The room was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

We went for Christmas Market, hotel was close to the market. Room was on 10 th floor, clean and nice. Maybe some room airfresher was missing but otherwise all great. I will go again to this hotel.

Great location and staff
We had a great stay for my birthday. The staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room for our celebrations and gave us some cupcakes and drinks vouchers to celebrate which was very kind. The executive room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. A fabulous selection at breakfast too with very attentive staff. Great location, close to the metro stop to get you into town and parking onsite for a charge. Overall a great birthday stay!

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham
We had a great nights stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham, we were worried that we’d here all the street noise with it being on Broad Street. But we were on 14th floor & never heard a thing. Staff were amazing. Only issue we did have was when we stripped the bedding which my wife does wherever we stop & found there was blood on a pillowcase & a stain on the duvet. Wife reported it & staff member said it would be dealt with swiftly.
