We were mislead how to come from the airport. We called ahead and found there was no bus or shuttle which was disappointing. This was not one of the best Marriotts that we have stayed in but it was adequate and close to the airport.

Amazing service
I was anxious travelling for the first time with two young children and lots of luggage, Sorrin at the front desk was just superb at taking care of us and putting us at ease, he helped us with the luggage to the room, and booked us a taxi to the airport the next day, he was so calm and collected and made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing.

They gave away my room
When my husband and I went to check in, we were told they didn’t have any more rooms with King beds available (which is what we had booked and paid for). They put us in a room with two separate beds instead - hardly romantic, ha! And they said they couldn’t do any refund because we’d booked through Hotels.com/Expedia. Also, after advertising they had gluten-free options (I’m Celiac, not a choice), they had none available except at breakfast. Will NOT be returning to his hotel, ever.
