I feel the hotel would be better during the off season. It was very busy and felt more like an all inclusive. The adult pool chairs and cabanas were always reserved, there was a wait for breakfast every day. You are very secluded so typically have to always eat on resort which isn’t cheap. The food overall was very good.

1.Poor to no communication from staff. 2.Frequent errors with food / drink orders and often took a long time to be delivered. 3.Hard selling of the residencies when made clearly clear we have no interest. 4.Room had a damp smell. 5.Pool service staff not attentive. 6.Not enough sun beds to accommodate guests. 7.Guests needing to be up before sunrise to claim beds. 8.Staff tried to be friendly but more from text book training, than genuinely meant. Generally an extremely poor experience. A 5 star property with 3 star service.

I did not have the experience I was expecting. This property has some problems that I believe they’re attempting to fix. I certainly shared feedback so that guests would not have repeated issues that I noticed.

Gorgeous property and friendly staff
Gorgeous property and friendly staff! Food and drinks were great (if a little pricey). The location is remote, so if you stay, plan to spend most of your time at the resort and beach. Plenty of options for pools and luxuriating!

Such a wonderful hotel with such great staff. I cannot say enough about the service and how great the hotel staff are. The food options are simply the best. Will definitely will come back again.

Beautiful property. Rooms are large and comfortable. Property is isolated and difficult to go elsewhere. Some staff were amazing but others were horrible.
