Beautiful property. Recent family trip was a success. Building 15 is for families. Adjacent to the main pool. Great ac, spacious room. Love the showwr pressure. Pool was clean, get your pool chairs saved early. Golf carts are plenty to get around. Beach was clean, calm waters. Staff super friendly. The spa and gym.both great, clean and modern. Orlando gave the best deep tissue massage.

Amazing piece of property. Various things to do for the entire family. Restaurant choices in the village should suit everyone’s desires. Village also has a few stores to shop. The Chic Cabernet is an excellent option for a cute little show. They also have an outdoor kids theater that does several different performances. We were able to see a kids play as well as a band performance of 80s bands! Best of all the beach location. It’s plentiful and beautiful. Food and drinks are all over the place. Use some caution going to an all inclusive resort. Several adults don’t know how to act nor stop which is a little disappointing when there are kids too. But the resort can’t control those aspects. If going to the area, this is the place to stay. Get away from the congestion of resort zone downtown. Take the necessary trip to get away from crazy and the crazies. Cheers

La experiencia fue desastrosa, las habitaciones muy sucias y el servicio a la habitación pésimo, cada vez que solicitamos algo se tardaron mucho, la movilidad en el área era muy tardía, pocos carros para cubrir la demanda, la gente que allí trabaja lo que quieren son propinas, no lo recomiendo, muy costoso para lo que ofrecen, el entretenimiento de normal a malo y la comida igual.

Incredible staff and service, amazing amenities and activities, safe, golf carts since it’s such a large property with so many offerings. Easy to get a reservation at the restaurants for dinner - great food. Buffets had a wide variety. Delicious coffee shop we went to all throughout the day. Best mojitos too! This was our first trip to Grand Palladium and it did not disappoint. We have recently started to visit Mexico north of the Hotel Zone and we will continue to do so. Not only is the seaweed less, the beach is cleaner, safer, and tremendously less populated. I was able to walk almost a half mile in either direction before coming across other people (and they were walking for leisure/exercise as well). The tropical environment is much more noticeable and enjoyable. The staff of Grand Palladium are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned for your overall experience. The property is pristine, there is golf cart transportation 24/7 if you don’t care to walk from point A to point B, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 older teens and we all had more than plenty to do: paddle boarding, tennis, excursions available, several pools (with activities), nightly entertainment at the open air theater, and beautiful beach access and bar services. We thoroughly enjoyed Maria and Ivan at the pool bar, and Israel was amazing as our beach server. The room service was great and easy to order. The restaurant food was excellent quality and delicious, and the open buffets (general meals) were the best we have encountered. We have been to Mexico at least 6 times in the last 8 years and this was one of our favorite trips by far.

Love the resort but please improve your breakfast and lunch!!! And buffet dinner also need major food options. Overall stay is great. Hotel rooms, staffs and resort properties are very nice.
