It was ok, just average. The staff at the front counter were not rude but they were not that welcoming or helpful, seemed as though I was an inconvenience. The property is noisey, the room was just average. The bed was hard as a rock. I have been in caravans which have bigger bathrooms. The location is great.

This property is close to Lygon street precinct and Woolworths is close. The room are clean and compact. The staff were amazing, even housekeeping. I normally stay at the Langham but couldn’t go past the price for 3 nights. At the end of the day I was only sleeping and showering here. Perfect for me. Would highly recommend as I come from the industry. If you have luggage. Enter via carpark lift. I could not complain especially for the price. Il be staying here again

On-site parking and location were great. But inside our room was very noisy. Our room was right beside an outside door which we could hear opening and closing all night, and the light fitting in the room rattled as the people in the room above moved around. We had a sleepless night.

Excellent location being a street away from the Lygon street food strip. Walklng distance to Queen Victoria Markets, Exibition Centre and most importantly Royal Melbourne Hospital (12 minutes) which was the purpose of our visit.
