Nice hotel but surprised by no housekeeping
As we checked in the person at the desk assured me that they were able to accomodate my request for a ground floor room. Upon going to our room, that was true, but it wasn't a handicap room as we reserved. They made the change but blamed it on hotels.com. Also we didn't find out until the next morning, housekeeping was only provided every third day, unless we requested it. There was nothing on the website to indicate this policy change and not signage telling us of the policy. The person at the desk should have let us know this policy (because I discovered from the other hotels we stayed at on this trip the policy is different for every hotel.

Hi, when we got there the air conditioning wasn't working, the pool & hot tub were not open & I paid a lot of money to stay there 2 nights just for that! We asked to pay in cash yet they charged our credit card, not a great experience!!!

I overall enjoyed my stay but when I booked the room I was supposed to have a bathtub with jets, I ended up in a handicap shower. I booked on Expedia and was all the way from Alabama I don’t like that they run your card for 150$ and doesn’t get off your card for like 7 business days, I feel as long as they have your card number they should just warn you that if you mess anything up it will be 150$ charged to your card. SMH. I also expected a pool and hot tub and that was shut down for my whole stay. Breakfast should be free instead it’s a buffet for 13$ smh… I will probably stay elsewhere next time for 200$ a night…..

Very clean and staff was great. The only issue that I had was that I felt like I walked back into 1995. This is definitely a pure profit property. Although it was a very clean facility and the staff was pleasant, they could spend a couple of dollars upgrading. The least that they could do is ad a usb port to charge a phone like every other facility that charges the same price.
