Beautiful Chicago hotel, quiet and great room size. The only thing I didn’t like was the small 2 person elevator haha but stairs are an alternative lol

We had a great stay. Staff was pleasant. The room was small but clean. Huge bathroom which was spotless. The hallways and stairwell were a little musty and in need of new carpet but hey it's an old building. Comfy bed. The only thing was the lumpy pillows. Might have given it 4 stars if the pillows were better. Otherwise fine place and will definitely stay here again (just bring our own pillows). Great location right at the Belmont Station easy acces to everything Chicago has to offer. nice walk to Wrigley Field.

I needed a cozy little launching pad for a quick 2 day adventure and City Suites was perfect. The area is cute with lots of restaurants and shops and I felt completely safe exploring during the day and walking to and from my concert venue at night. The staff was efficient and friendly and my room was cozy and clean and surprisingly quiet given the hotel is adjacent to the L. I will definitely stay here again on future rock and roll adventures.

The hotel was extremely convenient for staying over after seeing a concert at the Vic Theater. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious and its a great neighborhood for shopping and dining.

The hotel was perfect for us! The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful and the room had character, not simply some cookie cutter hotel room. We only stayed one night, but it would have been comfortable for much more.
