The property -met all of our needs. it was clean, convenient, secure, and very affordable. We have stayed at this hotel before, and this time had a room that did not have a step into the bathroom to maneuver. The room was large, and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room was relatively quiet. However, we got a call at 1:00 AM with the caller hanging up without saying a word. Neil the front desk employee was friendly. We have family in the area, and plan to stay at the Versey for our next visit. Very satisfied customer

Small but helpful staff. Artwork in lobby is u usual and interesting. Wall mural in room is very chicago and nice, referencing local attractions like wrigley field. Stans donuts and starbucks at the corner, lots of inexpensive ethnic restaurants nearby, only 1.5 mile walk to the lincoln park zoo.

Great location, friendly staff on site. We had a very difficult time reaching the hotel because the phone line was off! Expedia listed the hotel as "parking included", it was not. Both nights we were at the hotel there was a lot of slamming doors and loud conversations in the hall late into the night. It was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in.
