If you are a light sleeper, don't stay here. I got very little sleep both nights I started due to street noise. I wore earplugs and had a noise machine.

Awesome rooftop bar with views of downtown Chicago. Good location for Wicker Park/Bucktown things. City noises, but nothing unbearable. Would totally stay here again.

Staff nice (thank you Destiny), property clean, not much to do in the area. Draw was there was a Rooftop however it was not accessible to enjoy (closed during the morning hours, Sunday bar and restaurant closed at 8pm, private party one of the evenings we were there. Security standing at the entrance and if you weren’t drinking or dining you couldn’t go to enjoy. That was very frustrating because the lobby had 4 chairs/couch and was small.

Clean hotel, attentive personnel, real nice room with a nice view of the city. really clean. We liked that they tend the room every other day and they have bottle dispensers for shampoo and body soap, seems to be doing something for the environment. We are vegan so the free breakfast had some vegan options like the regular fruit and juices. Bread/bagels. Oat milk, coffee. For the hot breakfast vegan options were flour tortillas and either breakfast potatoes or hash browns. Also they had oats. and cereals. 50$ valet parking charge on top of the room. Overall we are very pleased with the stay

Love this hotel
I arrived to town an hour early, so I called to see if I could check in if my room was available, which they confirmed, while on the phone I asked about parking and the front desk staff explained they had valet and where I would be able to access that in the building (Where the entrance was and which street to come in on). The valet attendant was very friendly, I’ve never used valet before and they were very nice to explain how it worked. They gave me a ticket to keep and all I had to do was text the number on the slip with my assigned car number anytime I needed to get in or out. There was no extra charge for coming and going, it was a flat overnight rate. They also charge the valet to your room so you don’t have to worry about paying that separately, but it is good to note that whatever card you have on file for your room is what they will use for valet. The room itself was very clean, had a complementary cookie and waters along with all the other normal amenities. The towels were soft. The bed was comfortable. I was right near the elevator, so I did hear some noises from the hallway, but it was not loud enough to wake me up. Both check in and check out was quick and easy. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very walkable and had a lot of good restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
