Desk staff was such a delight! Absolutely adored her. Hotel was quiet. In an area you can walk to a handful of things. Room was nice enough. No bugs or rodents.

Bring a tent. Stay elsewhere. Seriously: in 2024, what hotel refuses to provide a shower seat for a disabled guest? (Isn't the ADA enforced in Chicago?) Why can't housekeeping provide 2 washcloths and 2 coffee cups & pods when 2 guests are booked for the room? Why are there no hangers for jackets, dresses? Why are they using stained, holey sheets? Where are the ant traps needed for unwanted insects? Sure, it's noisy, but that's not the biggest issue. This hotel is beyond cheap; it's resentful of guests. Do yourself a favor: STAY ELSEWHERE.

You have to buzz in to get in to the front office, which is behind a bullet proof window. That states something. Front office lady doesn't explain anything but throws a form for us to sign to charge deposit before our check-in. The front door to enter each subunit is not locked automatically. There is no breakfast, but Panera bread is conveniently across the street. Parking space is kind of limited. First come first serve. At the time of our visit, it was very full.
