The only think to like about this property is the photos they show on the websites. After a long day of travel we arrived at this "hotel" to a dark filthy lobby with a staff member behind the desk wearing a dirty uniform shirt. He informed us that there was no hot water in the hotel and that the pool wasn't working. We spent an hour and a half on hold with Travelocity trying to see what could be done about finding other accommodations and never were able to talk with anyone there. Eventually we were shown to their "best room" that had obviously just had the beds made up for us, but otherwise it looked like it had not been cleaned since the beginning of time. There was even rodent feces behind the curtain. There was in fact no hot water and the water that came out of the tap smelled of sewage. Overall the establishment was utterly uninhabitable and we had to find other accommodations, adding the expense to a trip that was to have been paid for fully. I understand that the hotel had no way to reimburse us for the cost, but having left two emails for Travelocity, I have yet to receive a response.
I am not one who requires luxury in a hotel, or onewho complains about every little thing. I realize that different people have varying standars regarding what is and is not acceptable, but there is no way that this establishment should be listed as a potential hotel when it is not able to accommodate guests. Also, the pool that was "not working" had a layer of slime coverin
