Great and kind staff. Clean. The dogs though. One or two is great. But 7 or 8? It is tough to sleep through the night if you are a light to medium sleeper. Dogs bark a lot. Other than that great!

I had a magical experience here. Highlights included a dozen or so well-trained, playful dogs running around (in the ocean in the morning), included breakfast with made to order chilaquiles, warm staff with friendly service, quiet hot tub and pool, serene garden environment, and a stunning quiet, private beach. It's also right at the end of the Malecon and an extremely brief and beautiful walk away from the downtown streets. In the morning, you can watch the sun rise in front of the hotel. I travelled alone as a young woman and could not have felt more welcomed by the staff. Only minor flaws: walls and curtains are relatively thin but because I travelled at a quiet time, this did not bother me. Unbeatable location and experience, could not recommend it more. Life is good at Hotel Oasis.

Beautiful view, delicious breakfast and juice, pleasant pool and spa, friendly staff, and convenient location. Location is along beachfront street that locals hangout at in the evening until 11pm playing their music but it’s part of the local culture and quiets down before midnight.

Quiet location, staff was great in dining area and reception. right on the end of the Malecon and on the beach directly so if you like to walk. excellent price as we were off season or early fall being November. normally i dont like buffets but it was managed well here and included in stay. Please tip the staff even if the meal is included as i still witnessed many don’t so disappointing.WiFi was very good as well.

We loved waking up in this tranquil, unspoiled area right on beach and at the quiet end of Malecón. The owner is welcoming and delightful as are all the staff. Breakfast is included and is ample. The Mexican food here is great and my favorite evening was the amazing buffet of all kinds of clams and other seafood. This is an older property but very relaxing. We stayed here for three nights and I slept the best I have for years. We hired a captain to take us around Coronado Island with time for snorkeling etc. The center of beautiful Loreto is an easy walk along the Malecón. A number of people staying here were people going on fishing trips. There were several groups also families. We will definitely stay here next year.

Construction above my room rendered the room unusable during the day. Breakfast was adequate to fuel the day but just average. Dinners were terrible. Sea bass sliced to a half inch thickness, aldente vegtables were soggy, quesadilla looked nothing like a quesadilla and tasted...badly. "Pizza" was a piece of cardboard....just overalldisappointing at every level. Oh, and skipthed wine, $60 for a bottle of poor to avedage costco wine. Btw...tipping.... At the resteraunt the bill doesnt have a lkne for adding a tip so you need to tip in cash, which is fine, except that some waiters steal other waiters tips by bringing you the check when they havent been the one serving you and then pocketing the tip. In the bar they do give you a line for adding a tip.... except tips given that's way go to the admin office people. Management simply doesnt care. If staying there be sure to tip your wait person in cash. While some of the property is maintained there are plenty of broken lounge chairs and tables to bring the ambience down.

So tranquil here right on beach. Friendliest owner and staff. Good was excellent especially the clams and oysters !!! This is not a fancy place but more of a traditional laiid back no worries place. Easy walk to town and harbor. Boats go out fishing or take you around Coronado Island swimming. Request ocean view room.
