My expectations for the hotel were very high because of the cost. The pool area excellent. There are no glasses or cups in the bathroom. No alarm clock. The room felt kind of empty)again because of cost). Wast no dogs allowed but a woman with a dog on the elevator said she had no issues (was not a service dog). The bar area nice. The restaurant DID NOT OFFER GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS and looked at us like we were nuts for asking. For a hotel trying to be a 4 or 5Star, there are areas they need to relook at.

Great overall, but…
The hotel and accommodations are great. The staff during our stay was very nice and helpful, but checking out they tried charging us a late fee and said we never asked for late check out. I did. We arrived at the desk at 12:06 pm instead of 12pm and again threatened a late fee. The pool is nice, but the tile around the pool is very slippery. Saw a lot of people almost fall and my son did fall.

Overall not bad. However, I ordered food a Mahi Mahi sandwich at the pool and was given a burger that was raw on the inside. I don't eat meat and assumed it was what i ordered. Once to took a bite i immediately realized it wasn't fish and spit it out. Went to my room and threw up all night. I haven't eaten meat in 30 years. The guy behind the bar act like he didn't care.

Everything is really beautiful, but the only situation is that the food is not varied and very scarce, the restaurant is closed early, they open it late, so there is not the only problem is the type of food, and the schedules, the pool bar and Jacussi close it too early compared to the other hotels.

Okay but didn’t get the view we expected
Everything overall was great second time staying there. It’s a nice hotel. The room we got didn’t have the view we expected. Last time we booked the same room type and had a full view of the coast line this time it was about 10% coast the rest was nothing but buildings.
