Disgusting! Don’t stay here if you like cleanlines
When we arrived at the hotel, we Noticed that there was damage to the lobby and when we got to our room, we moved our things in and found a cockroach in the closet after calling and getting all of our things outside of the room we waited for over 30 minutes for the bell to come, but they never came so we had to carry all of our things to a different room After paying $20. The new room did not appear to have cockroaches, but was equally as disgusted and disrepair. The hotel is disgusting. I will never attend another event here!

This Hilton experience was worse than any experience I've had at any hotel. The room was dusty and felt unkept, the bed super worn down and uncomfortable, cracks and dirt all throughout the room, bathroom, and furniture. The balcony was rusty and windows unclean. I left there feeling unwell after breathing in the dusty air for the two nights being there. We were placed in the tower furthest from the amenities that were open. No bar outside by the pool. The towels for the pool were scratchy and old. Although it advertised being a heated pool, I assure anyone that even in Florida their pools are not heated for year round swimming. The jacuzzi had sand and debris floating throughout.

All of the experience was subpar for it to be the biggest hotel in the city. I was booked in a room without AC and the saving grace for my experience at the hotel was the awesome maintenance technician that was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely at getting it fixed. Every other interaction with hotel employees made me wish I would’ve just figured out a way to achieve my needs without their interaction.

The overall experience was good, the furniture in room 523 was torn and needs replaced. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom, the main dresser paint looks distressed, the lamp outlets are worn out. One elevator broken sometimes two were down. Shower head too low for anyone over 5’2”

The hotel is in a great area. We booked the cabana and immediately walking in we saw a roach. Thank goodness my husband caught it but that turned me off right away! The bathroom was not very clean and hotel room had an awkward layout. The closet had no door but a curtain. It just had very old vibes and needed some updates. Maybe the rooms inside were nicer but I wouldn’t know!

It sucks on a weekend you have a dance competition. And the hotel is packed you have one elevator working. The lines were crazy long also you have two towers. But check in is on the north tower. But you have a south tower with no check in. I requested the south tower because I had reservations at hype park. But was put on the north tower. Which was very disappointing the manager tried to get me a room on the south tower. So I thank him for that at least trying. But again to have to towers and can only check in to one is crazy. Also had a kids jumping and making noises next door which was loud until about 11pm. Had to call the front desk two times about this then it eventually stopped. It was a surprise birthday getaway for my wife. And yeah it was ok but could’ve been better. I’ll come back to the restaurant probably not the hotel. But the staff was amazing

The property was in a great location, but if you were on the city view, you could hear drivers drag racing up and down the strip. They also had a resort fee along with a expensive daily parking fee.
